Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Offer for the Al-Ittihad X Nasaf Match

First: Offer Description

The Store offers a promotional deal whereby the customer receives two complimentary Premium-category tickets to attend the Al-Ittihad vs. Nasaf Qarshi match scheduled for 23 December, upon completing a single purchase with a value of SAR 250 or more.

Second: Offer Validity

The offer is valid from 16 December (ticket release date) until 23 December, or until tickets are sold out, whichever occurs first.

The offer applies to purchases made through the official online store and all physical Al-Ittihad Club stores.

Third: How to Redeem the Offer

To benefit from the offer, the promotional code MATCH must be used during checkout.

The purchase must be completed in one single invoice with a minimum value of SAR 250.

The amount cannot be split across multiple invoices, nor can multiple invoices be combined to qualify for the offer.

The email address used for the purchase must match the email registered on the Webook platform in order for the tickets to be issued and delivered via Webook.

Fourth: Complimentary Tickets

The tickets provided under this offer are Premium-category tickets granted as a complimentary promotional benefit.

The tickets are non-transferable, non-resalable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable for cash.

Seat category and location are subject to availability, and the customer has no right to select the category or seats.

Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the match organizer.

Fifth: Return and Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders completed under this promotional offer, in accordance with applicable regulations.

In the event of an exceptional return approval, the complimentary tickets will be automatically canceled or their estimated value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Sixth: Availability and Stock

The offer is subject to product and ticket availability.

The offer will be automatically suspended once tickets are sold out, without prior notice.

Seventh: Non-Combination with Other Offers

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or promotional codes.

Eighth: Limitation of Liability

The Store bears no responsibility for the cancellation, postponement, or change of date or venue of the match by the organizer.

In the event of match cancellation, the Store is not obliged to provide compensation or an alternative for the complimentary tickets.

Ninth: Misuse

The Store reserves the right to cancel the benefit of the offer in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms, without any obligation toward the customer.

Tenth: Right to Amend

The Store reserves the right to amend or suspend the offer or any of its terms at any time, provided that such updates are published accordingly. Amendments shall apply to purchases made after publication and shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
