Terms and conditions for Tiger Membership welcome kits, 2026–27 season.
These terms apply to all Tiger Membership welcome kits delivered by Al-Ittihad Club for the 2026–27 season.
1. Scope
1.1 These terms cover the welcome kit included with a Tiger Membership, including the membership card and, where included in the tier, the jersey.
1.2 Kit contents differ by membership tier. The Club may replace any item with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable.
1.3 The welcome kit is part of the membership and is non-transferable. It has no separate cash value.
2. Member details
2.1 The name submitted by the Member (printed on the membership card) and the jersey size selected are final. The kit will be produced and delivered exactly as submitted. Names are not printed on jerseys.
2.2 Names and sizes cannot be changed after submission.
2.3 The Member is responsible for the accuracy of all details provided, including name, size, mobile number and National Address short code.
2.4 Jerseys are available in sizes XS to XXL. A Member who selected a size that is not available will receive the nearest available size.
3. Delivery
3.1 Kits are delivered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the Club's logistics partner, Stogo.
3.2 A valid National Address short code is mandatory. Kits will not be dispatched until a valid short code is provided.
3.3 The logistics partner will contact the Member on the registered mobile number to arrange delivery.
3.4 The Club is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details, or by the Member being unreachable.
3.5 Redelivery after a failed attempt is at the Club's discretion and at the Member's cost.
3.6 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by city.
4. Returns, exchanges and refunds
4.1 Kit items, including jerseys, are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
4.2 Exception: the Club will exchange a jersey if:
4.2.1 the size delivered differs from the size the Member submitted; or
4.2.2 the jersey is defective or damaged on delivery, and this was not caused by the Member.
4.3 To request an exchange, the Member must contact the Club within 7 days of delivery, with their membership number and a photo of the jersey and its size label.
4.4 The jersey must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
4.5 Exchanges are for the correct size only, subject to availability. No cash refunds are given.
4.6 A jersey delivered in the size the Member submitted is not eligible for exchange, even if it does not fit.
5. Membership card
5.1 The physical membership card is printed once, using the name submitted by the Member.
5.2 The card will not be reprinted for any reason, including loss, theft, damage or a request to change the name.
5.3 The card is personal and may only be used by the Member named on it.
6. Personal data
6.1 The Member's name, mobile number and address are shared with the Club's logistics partner solely to deliver the kit.
7. General
7.1 The Club may amend these terms. The version published at the time of delivery applies.
7.2 These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
