These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website published at www.ittihadclub.sa, including all of its pages, features, content and services (the "Website").

The Website is operated by Al-Ittihad Club Company, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. (4030516038), VAT registration No. (311713114100003), with its registered office at Al Sahafah Street, Mishrifah Dist., Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Al-Ittihad", "the Club", "we", "us" or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. They form a binding agreement between you and the Club.

These Terms govern your use of www.ittihadclub.sa. Our store, ticketing platform, Fan App and membership products have their own terms.
By using the Website, or by ticking the box when you register, you agree to be bound by them.
You may register an account if you have legal capacity. Under-18s need the consent of a parent or guardian.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

1.1 By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Website.

1.3 Where you create an account on the Website, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms as part of the registration process. That confirmation constitutes your electronic acceptance for the purposes of the Electronic Transactions Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. What these Terms cover — and what they do not

2.1 These Terms apply to the Website only.

2.2 The following are operated on separate platforms and are governed by their own terms and conditions, which you should read before using them:

the official online store at shop.ittihadclub.sa;
the official ticketing platform at tickets.ittihadclub.sa;
the Al-Ittihad Fan App and any other mobile application published by the Club;
club membership products and any associated portal or benefits programme;
the websites, applications and services of our partners, sponsors, licensees and suppliers.

2.3 Where a conflict arises between these Terms and the specific terms governing one of the platforms listed in clause 2.2, those specific terms prevail in relation to that platform.

3. Changes to the Website and to these Terms

3.1 We may amend these Terms at any time. The amended version takes effect from the date it is published on the Website, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

3.2 Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention before it takes effect, for example by notice on the Website or by email to registered users.

3.3 Your continued use of the Website after an amended version is published constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3.4 We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website, including any feature or content, at any time and without notice.

4. Eligibility and user accounts

4.1 Some parts of the Website require you to register for an account. You may register only if you are able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4.2 If you are under the age of 18, you may register only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Website. We may require verification of that consent, and we may refuse or close an account where it is not provided.

4.3 You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you register, and keep that information up to date. Providing false information, or registering on behalf of another person without their authority, is a breach of these Terms.

4.4 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@ittihadclub.sa if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.5 You may not sell, transfer, share or licence your account to any other person.

4.6 We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, where required by law or a competent authority, or where necessary to protect the Website, other users or the Club.

4.7 You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@ittihadclub.sa. Closing your account does not affect our right to retain personal data where retention is required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

5.1 You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 You must not:

use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law and the Personal Data Protection Law;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, any server on which it is hosted, or any account, system or network connected to it;
introduce any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
carry out any penetration test, vulnerability scan, denial-of-service attack or similar activity against the Website without our prior written authorisation;
use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access, monitor, copy or extract content or data from the Website, or to create any database or dataset from it, without our prior written consent;
circumvent, disable or interfere with any security, authentication or access-control feature of the Website;
reproduce, duplicate, resell, republish or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Website, including match content, imagery, video, statistics or player information;
impersonate the Club, any of its employees, players, officials or partners, or any other person;
use the Website to send unsolicited commercial communications, or to collect personal data about other users;
use the Website in connection with betting, gambling, ticket touting or the unauthorised resale of tickets, or with the sale of counterfeit or unlicensed Al-Ittihad merchandise.

5.3 We may report any activity we reasonably suspect to be unlawful to the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and cooperate fully with them, including by disclosing your identity where legally required.

6. Content you submit

6.1 The Website may allow you to submit content, including messages, comments, questions, competition entries, images and other material ("User Content").

6.2 You must not submit User Content that:

is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, discriminatory or offensive to public morals or religious values;
infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
contains the personal data of another person without their consent;
is misleading, or presents itself as coming from the Club or from any player, official or partner of the Club;
contains advertising, promotional material or any commercial solicitation without our prior written consent.

6.3 You remain the owner of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant the Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable and sub-licensable licence to use, host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and display that User Content in connection with the Website and the Club's media, communications and promotional activities, for as long as is reasonably necessary for those purposes.

6.4 You confirm that you own or otherwise control all rights in your User Content and that its use by the Club will not infringe the rights of any third party.

6.5 We are not obliged to monitor User Content, but we may review, edit, refuse to publish or remove any User Content at our discretion and without notice.

6.6 If you believe that content on the Website infringes your rights, contact us at legal@ittihadclub.sa with details of the content, its location on the Website, and the basis of your claim.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 All intellectual property rights in the Website and in its content — including text, photographs, video, audio, graphics, match and player data, design, layout, source code and software — are owned by or licensed to the Club and are protected by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and by international treaties.

7.2 The Al-Ittihad name, crest, badge, colours, mascot, kit designs, campaign names and other club marks are trade marks of the Club, whether registered or unregistered. You may not use them for any purpose without our prior written consent.

7.3 You may view, download and print pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and do not remove any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.

7.4 No other right or licence is granted to you. In particular, you may not frame the Website, present it within another website, or link to it in a way that suggests any association, endorsement or approval that does not exist.

7.5 Images and footage of matches, players and club facilities are made available for personal viewing only. Any commercial use, broadcast, redistribution or use for the training of artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems is prohibited without our prior written consent.

8. Links to other websites

8.1 The Website contains links to websites, applications and services operated by third parties, including our store, ticketing platform, partners, sponsors and social media channels.

8.2 Those links are provided for your convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for them or for any loss you may suffer from using them.

8.3 Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy, which you should read.

9. Competitions, promotions and prize draws

9.1 Competitions, promotions and prize draws run on the Website are subject to their own specific rules, which are published with each competition and form part of these Terms in relation to that competition.

9.2 Where the specific rules conflict with these Terms, the specific rules prevail for that competition.

9.3 Unless the specific rules say otherwise, employees of the Club and of its partners and agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

10. Newsletters and marketing communications

10.1 Where you subscribe to a newsletter or consent to receive marketing communications, we will send you news, offers, products and competitions relating to the Club.

10.2 You may withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, through your account settings, or by contacting us at info@ittihadclub.sa. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of communications sent before withdrawal.

10.3 We will continue to send you service messages relating to your account, such as security and transactional notifications, which are not marketing communications.

11. Availability of the Website

11.1 We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. Access is permitted on a temporary basis.

11.2 We may suspend, withdraw or restrict availability of all or part of the Website for operational, security or maintenance reasons, and we will try to give reasonable notice where we can.

11.3 You are responsible for the arrangements necessary to access the Website, including your device, internet connection and any associated costs, and for ensuring that everyone who accesses the Website through your connection is aware of these Terms.

12. Accuracy of content

12.1 Content on the Website is provided for general information about the Club and its activities.

12.2 Fixtures, kick-off times, venues, results, squad lists, player information, prices and availability are subject to change, and may be changed by competition organisers, broadcasters or regulatory bodies at short notice. We do not warrant that such information is accurate, complete or current at any given moment.

12.3 Nothing on the Website constitutes advice on which you should rely. You should confirm details with the relevant official source before acting on them, in particular before travelling to a match.

13. Disclaimers

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

13.2 We do not warrant that the Website will be free from errors, defects, viruses or other harmful components, or that any defect will be corrected.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

14. Limitation of liability

14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Club will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, data or anticipated saving, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.

14.2 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of your use of the Website or of any site linked to it.

14.3 Subject to Clause 13.3, we shall not be liable for damages arising from the non-performance or delayed performance of any contractual obligation, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This exclusion shall not apply to liability arising from fraud or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14.4 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, epidemic, war, civil unrest, industrial action, failure of utilities or telecommunications networks, and decisions of competition organisers or regulatory authorities.

15. Indemnity

15.1 You agree to indemnify the Club and its officers, employees and agents against any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or any User Content you submit.

16. Privacy and cookies

16.1 We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Implementing Regulations. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you, including your right to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

16.2 Our Cookies Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Website and how you can manage them.

16.3 Both documents are available from the footer of the Website and form part of these Terms.

17. Suspension and termination

17.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website, in whole or in part, immediately and without notice, where you breach these Terms.

17.2 Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses 6.3, 7, 13, 14, 15, 20 and 21 — will continue to apply.

18. General

18.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

18.2 Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of any other.

18.3 We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not do so without our prior written consent.

18.4 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Club in relation to the Website.

18.5 No third party has any right to enforce any provision of these Terms.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

19.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

19.2 The competent courts of Jeddah have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.

20. Language

20.1 These Terms are published in Arabic and in English. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.
