The new head coach shares his thoughts on the team’s progress, readiness, and the passionate welcome from Al-Ittihad fans.

Head Coach Sérgio Conceição spoke to the press today ahead of two major upcoming fixtures in the league and cup, offering insight into the team’s preparations, tactical approach, and his early impressions since taking charge of the squad.

“We’re heading into two very important and challenging matches — one in the league and one in the cup,” he stated. “It’s a short window to face serious title contenders, but each match has its own circumstances. We’ll treat them with the focus they deserve, one at a time.”

Reflecting on the recent victory, Conceição made it clear that the result didn’t come easy.
